  3. We still use bifocals,the Franklin stove and,swimming flippers.He invented a simple odometer to measure distance.I think Ben Franklin's best invention is the lightning rod.

  6. #1 The furnace stove is called a Franklin stove.Ben had poor vision and needed glasses.Today, we call them bifocals.He invented a simple odometer and attached it to his carriage. #2 He invented a tool called a long arm to reach the high books. The long arm was a long wooden pole with a grasping claw at the end.#3 I think the the lightning rod was the most useful because it protected buildings and ships from lightning damage, and people would not have homes if we did not have it.

    Ben Franklin worked as a postmaster when he invented the odometer.
    I think the most important invention Ben Franklin created was the bifocal glasses to help people see better.

    #3 I think bifocal glasses are very important because it helps in more then one way useing one pair of glasses. So many people use them even Mrs. Morris uses them.

  12. Ben Franklin invented the franklin stove it's inportant because that was a way to cook their food no one had microwaves so they used the franklin stove.

    1. The Franklin Stove was a very useful invention, and people still use them today! It wasn't used for cooking, though. It was used for heating!
